1. Go to Custom Apps

Log in to the dashboard and go to:

"Settings"
 
"Apps and Sales channels"
 
"Develop apps"

2. Click on "Create an app"

Really, you should have figured this step out for yourself

3. Create App

Give the new App an appropriate name and click "Create app"

4. Configure Options

Select at least 1 integration option
